Terms & Conditions

Restaurant Meal Timings:

  • Breakfast: 08:00 Am -10:30 Pm
  • Lunch: 01:00 Pm – 03:00 Pm
  • Dinner: 08:00 Pm -10:30 Pm
  • Meals, if included in the package, will be served  “On-Buffet” or “On-Table” as per occupancy of the day; on resort’s discretion.
  • Meals in the package do not include Snacks & beverages.
  • In-room orders will be chargeable extra.
  • In case the guest skips the meal timings without giving prior information before starting of meal timings, it will be considered as “Missed Meals” and no alternate or optional meals would be provided against Missed Meals.

Important:

  • Outside food is not allowed in resort premises
  • Hookah/Shisha is not allowed in resort premises
  • Corbett Tiger Reserve is a designated Low Noise Zone, and we do not allow Loud Music in our open areas.
  • Jungle Safari is subject to Government Permit availability, Book at least 15 Days in advance, (Charges applicable.)
  • Resort doesn’t have a liquor license at present. If you carry your own liquor that will not be allowed to consume in common areas including restaurants & swimming pools.
  • Pets are not allowed inside the resort premises.
  • As per the Government directives it’s Mandatory for all the guests staying in the room to show their Photo ID proof at the time of Check-In itself which can be in form of:
    • For Foreign National’s / NRI’s – Passport with Visa / COR,
    • For Indian Nationals / NRI’s Passport (Visa for non-resident Indians) / PAN Card / Voter ID Card / Driving License, failing which the hotel reserves the right of refusal.
  • Room Allocation: – While we always aim to keep all members of a family / friends together, allocation of rooms is subject to availability at the time of arrival. Any special request may be forwarded along with reservation and we shall try to accommodate the same as far as possible.

Arrival and Departure Policy:

  • Check-In – 1400 Hrs. & Check-out – before 1100 Hrs.
  • Early arrival is subject to availability & cannot be promised at the time of booking. For guaranteed early check-in, a reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.
    • Charges equivalent to one night stay would be applicable in addition to the room bill in case of check-in before 0900 hours on the day of arrival.
    • Charge equivalent to 50% of one night stay would be applicable in addition to the room bill in case of check-in after 0900 hours and before 1200 hours on the day of arrival (Subject to Availability).
  • Late check-outs are available on request and subject to availability
    • Charges equivalent to 50% of one night stay would be applicable in addition to the room bill in case of check-out after 1100 hours and before 1800 hours on the day of departure. (Subject to Availability)
    • Charge equivalent to one night stay would be applicable in addition to the room bill in case of check-out after 1800 hours on the day of departure.

Payment/ Billing Policies:

  • To the confirmed reservation 50% payment is required of the total booking amount.
  • In case of no payment is received. The resort may cancel the reservation without giving any notification and take other confirmed reservations on the same dates.
  • In case of delay in payment, a holding period of 7 working days will be extended by the Resort at each stage. In the absence of payment beyond this period, the Resort will reserve the right to cancel the booking and charge the deposited payments as Retention.
  • All balance payments towards the billing incurred during the stay to be settled at the time of Check-out
  • There is no provision for cheque acceptance at the time of check out
  • Please render your GSTIN details at the time of booking only otherwise the hotel shall not be liable to inculcate the same after check out
  • According to Indian Income Tax guidelines PAN Card Mandatory, if invoiced amount exceeds INR. 49,999/-on cash transactions.
  • Cash payment of INR 1,99,000/- or more will not be accepted, as per Section 269ST of the Indian Income Tax Act.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in a fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservation contains or is resulted from a mistake or error.

Wildlife Experiences/ Jungle Safari – On Chargeable Basis:

It is recommended to book Safari 15 days in advance as closure to dates there can be government permit availability issues.

Safari Booking can be done only after required information is provided by the guest:

    • Preferred Date & Time (Morning/ Noon) & Zone for safari
    • Name, Age & Gender of all guests going for safari
    • Photo identification proof for each guest (Valid ID Proofs include Pan Card, Passport, Voter i-card, Driving Licence, Adhaar Card). Guests need to carry the same identification at the time of safari
  • Exclusive Jeep Safari in Corbett Tiger Reserve (Maximum 06 persons can accommodate). Early Morning OR Afternoon, Subject to Availability (prior intimation required with valid photo ID’s for permits)

For Indian Nationals- 9500/-

For Foreign Nationals- 13500/-

  • Corbett Landscape safari (Sitabani Zone) @ INR 8,000 /- (Maximum 06 persons can accommodate)
  • Safari booking can be done only after receiving 100% safari package amount in advance
  • Jeep Safaris once booked cannot be cancelled or modified, also it is not refundable as per Forest Department regulations
  • Safari is a third party service allocated by Government authority. Resort does not have any control or accountability for safari experience, safety protocols, Jeep quality, Guide or behavior.
  • Park may be closed by the park authorities without any prior notice to visitors in case of emergency. The resort does not take any responsibility for such unforeseen circumstances  
  • Any Safari booking during the rainy season (1st June to 14th Nov.) is provisional and can be cancelled by the Forest Department at short notice depending on the weather conditions, to ensure visitor’s safety. Hence all such bookings during this period are done at the visitor’s risk and no refund can be claimed if it is cancelled due to bad weather conditions
  • Terms and Conditions are subject to change, may append or amend without prior notice or information due to various Govt. Policies.
  • Safari Cost is subject to change without prior notice
  • A minimum seat required for any canter safari in the park is 6 seats, in case the seats booked are less than minimum required quantity, park authorities reserve the right to cancel the booking.

HOUSE RULES

  • Vulgar Dance performances, Nudity, Gambling, contraband, prostitution, satellite phones, weapons, explosives, flammable, hazardous, poisonous objects, drugs, and animals are strictly prohibited in the Resort premises. The Guest shall be solely liable and responsible to the management, its employees, its other guests, visitors, agents and for all Loss /damage financial or otherwise and damage that may be caused by such articles or as a result of the guest’s own negligence and non-compliance of any house rules or govt. rules & regulations.
  • The Resort is surrounded by forested & rural areas and in its premises has various Flora & Fauna, uneven surfaces, water bodies & irrigation canal. Being a wildlife area, guests may encounter wild animals, reptiles or insects around or inside the resort.
  • The Resort is located in a small village with little or no medical facility and that Doctor on call facility might not be available promptly.
  • Certain adventure activities provided by the Resort involve certain risks & dangers. As part of the right to participate in any such paid or unpaid activity and being aware of the risk and dangers, Guests thereby assume all responsibilities as individual and of family or group against any mishap, and will not hold the service provider i.e. the company responsible, and will defend them against any and all liabilities actions, suits, debts, demands, and claims of every kind and nature whatsoever which may arise out of or in connections with the activities provided as maintained earlier.
  • The Management reserves the Right to add to, alter or amend any of the above terms, conditions & rules.

FORCE MAJEURE

Property shall not be liable for any failure of or delay in the performance of the agreement for the period that such failure or delay is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, death, war, strikes or labour disputes, embargoes, government orders or any other force majeure event thus classified. (Force majeure is defined as any event or condition, not existing as of the date of signature of the contract, not reasonably foreseeable as of such date and not reasonably within the control of either party, which prevents, in whole or in significant part, the performance by one of the parties of its contractual obligations, or which renders the performance of such obligations so difficult or costly as to make such performance commercially unreasonable.) In case of any matter or issues arising hereunder, shall be subjected to solutions arising of mutual consent & agreement.
