Cancellation Charges For Room Booking 1 to 10 Rooms
- 15 Days or More – Free Cancellation.
- 08 Days or More till 14 Days – 50% Of Booking Amount.
- 00 Days or More till 07 Days – 100% Of Booking Amount.
Cancellation Charges For Room Booking 10 to 30 Rooms
- 31 Days or More – Free Cancellation.
- 21 Days or More till 30 Days – 50% Of Booking Amount.
- 11 Days or More till 20 Days – 75% Of Booking Amount.
- 00 Days or More till 10 Days – 100% Of Booking Amount.
Cancellation Charges For Room Booking more than 30 Rooms
- 151 Days or More – Free Cancellation.
- 91 Days or More till 150 Days – 50% Of Booking Amount.
- 31 Days or More till 90 Days – 75% Of Booking Amount.
- 00 Days or More till 30 Days – 100% Of Booking Amount.
All Refunds after deducting Bank Charges or any other Processing Charges or Levies In case the Resort cancels the booking due to reasons other than Force Majeure, the Resort will refund the deposited amount within 15 working days. No refund of the amount paid and no claim for no show, short stay and for un-availed facilities.
In case the guest is unable to avail the booking due to any of the following reasons, the deposited amount will not be refunded and the guest can rebook in future (within 6 months) as per availability in the resort.
- Due to FORCE MAJEURE (occurrence of any circumstance beyond the control of either party such as Acts of God, War, Government Regulations, Civil Disorder, Disaster, Pandemic to the extent that such circumstance make it illegal or impossible to provide or use the hotel facilities.
- Lockdown or Travel restrictions imposed by Government.
- Medical emergencies in families.
